Learn Arabic Free

A lot of language apps advertise as "free" but gate most of their actual content behind a subscription after the first few lessons. Tarc's Arabic course doesn't work that way: every level, from the alphabet through B2, is free to complete, with no subscription tier that unlocks additional lessons.

What costs gems (not money)

The in-app shop, "Tarc Souq," sells cosmetic profile frames, titles, and temporary XP boosts — all paid for with gems, a virtual currency earned by completing lessons and quests. Gems can't be bought with real money, and nothing in the shop affects your ability to complete the course; it's purely optional decoration and convenience.

Frequently asked questions

Is the entire Arabic course on Tarc actually free?

Yes. Every level — Starter through B2 — and every lesson, quiz, and review session is free. There's no premium tier that unlocks additional course content.

What is the in-app shop, and do I have to pay for it?

The shop ("Tarc Souq") sells cosmetic items — profile frames, titles — and temporary XP boosts, using gems you earn by completing lessons and quests. You never have to spend real money; gems can only be earned, not purchased.

Are there ads on Tarc?

Do I need to create an account to start learning Arabic for free?

No. You can start the Arabic course immediately without an account; progress is saved to your device. Creating a free account is only needed if you want that progress to sync across multiple devices.
