Quests

Last updated 2026-07-09 1 min read

Daily quests are short, optional goals that reward extra XP on top of normal lesson progress.

How quests are chosen

Each day, three quests are selected from a pool of ten possible quest types โ€” including completing a set number of lessons, earning a target amount of XP, answering a number of questions correctly, reading a number of words, completing a lesson perfectly, or trying a practice mode. The same three quests are shown to you all day and reset the next day.

Where to find quests

The Daily Quests card is on the Progress tab, showing each quest's description and your current progress toward it.

Quest rewards

Each quest awards a fixed amount of XP (ranging roughly from 15 to 50 XP depending on the quest) when completed. Completing quests also counts toward quest-related achievements (completing your first quest, and completing 10 quests total).

Quests vs. the daily goal

Quests and the daily goal are related but separate: quest progress (lessons completed, XP earned, correct answers) often naturally advances alongside your daily goal, but completing quests isn't required to hit your daily goal, and vice versa.

Frequently asked questions

How many quests do I get each day?

Three, chosen from a pool of ten possible quest types, refreshed once per day.

Where can I see my current daily quests?

Do quests reward gems as well as XP?

Quests reward XP directly; gems are earned separately through general lesson and quiz completion, which quest progress often overlaps with.
