Solutions to the issues most likely to come up while using Tarc.
Make sure you're not blocking the system browser from opening (on Android) or blocking redirects/cookies (on the web) — both are required for the OAuth flow described in Google Login. Try again with a stable connection.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's still missing after a few minutes, request a new code rather than reusing an old one, or switch to Google sign-in if you have a Google account.
If you were using Guest Mode, progress is stored only on that specific device/browser — clearing site data, reinstalling the app, or switching devices loses it, since there's no server-side guest backup. If you have an account and progress seems missing, confirm you're signed in with the same account (same Google account or same email) you used before.
Streaks reset if a full local calendar day passes without hitting your daily goal — see Streaks. If your device's date/timezone changed unexpectedly (e.g. travel), that can shift what counts as "today" for streak purposes.
Confirm your photo is JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF — see Avatar. Avatar upload requires an account; it isn't available in Guest Mode.
