In Guest Mode, no personal information is sent to Tarc's servers at all — everything stays in local storage on your device.
Creating an account (Google or email sign-in) shares your email address and (for Google) basic profile info with Tarc, plus whatever you choose to add — username, display name, bio, avatar — and your learning activity, to enable Cloud Sync and the leaderboard.
If your public profile toggle is on (the default), other users can see your username, display name, avatar, streak, and total XP.
No precise location, no contacts, no microphone/camera access, and no payment information — the shop uses gems (earned in-app) only, never real money.
